This is extremely detrimental to academic integrity. This tool that allows students to (more easily) generate work that isn't theirs (more formally known as plagiarizing) and this post encourages them to do so.
Also, on a more personal note, most people don't end up applying to 50 scholarships -- that kinda goes against the point. The general strategy is to pick and choose the scholarships that they have the best chance of winning, and then hopefully manage to schedule them appropriately so they don't have to grind through 20 different renditions of an essay in a week. If done correctly, most people have ~2-4 per month (although I am aware that there are cases where people have much more than that).
Fair point, but this doesn’t write essays for people. It helps manage the grind. Students still review, revise, and approve everything.
And yep, most students don’t apply to 50 scholarships. But for the ones who do, like international students, low-income students, or those without local funding options, even 10 can feel like 100.
This was built for them. For the ones who can’t afford burnout or missed deadlines.
It’s not about cheating, it’s about not burning out. Work smarter, not harder. 🤷🏽♀️🧠
If I publish a research paper that is generated by AI but revised by me, it is not entirely my work and I should not claim it to be mine. With all due respect, this is a glorified plagiarism machine.
A research paper is an academic contribution. A scholarship essay is a personal pitch. This tool doesn’t invent a story, it organizes the one the student has already lived.
Not everyone has the privilege of time, mentorship, or a support system. This tool shows up for them. That’s the whole point.

So good! Taking the stress out of constant scholarship essays is huge. Do you think this kind of workflow could adapt to other areas where people face similar repetitive paperwork?
Absolutely! That’s actually one of the things that excited me the most while building this, the potential beyond just scholarships.
This workflow could totally be the blueprint for job apps, grant writing, visa stuff, basically anywhere people are drowning in repetitive forms and long essays😌
This is a really creative use of RunnerH, I hadn’t thought of using it that way. Have you tried applying the same prompt logic to a different context?
That's a great help ngl🤚🏽
