Remember when autocomplete felt like magic? Now entire codebases are being written, tested, and debugged — by AI agents.

Been using Claude Code CLI for a few weeks and it’s a game-changer for refactoring massive files. The context window is huge
Claude is really good I must say.
So seriously not as a joke, what will human developers be doing, whilst AI is doing the actual coding?
😂 😂 Well that’s a very good question. Probably sipping coffee, debugging AI’s code, and wondering how we became code therapists instead of coders. AI might write it, but we still have to make sure it doesn’t burn the house down. 😄

Great list, never heard of deepdocs looks cool
Totally agree. DeepDocs is one of those hidden gems. It quietly keeps your documentation in sync with your code using GitHub Actions, which saves a ton of time (and sanity). Definitely worth trying if you’re tired of outdated READMEs or manual doc updates.
Gemini CLI surprised me with how fluid it feels. Especially useful for boilerplate or explaining code without leaving the terminal. Still testing against Cody CLI.
That’s what we would expect from tools made by Google
I had no idea OpenHands existed — the idea of a local-first, self-hostable framework is exactly what I’ve been looking for. Thanks for the heads-up.
You are welcome. Glad you found it helpful.
Great list!!! Also try ForgeCode and let me know what you think
Will definitely check it out. Thank you Pankaj
I’ve been trying out some of these tools recently, and it’s incredible how much they speed up the development process.
What excites me even more is where AI and dev tools are headed next, especially on-chain.
With haveto.com, we’re pushing this further by running AI directly on the blockchain, making it not only faster but also transparent and verifiable. It’s amazing to see how quickly software development is evolving.
